Keith Foskett has thru-hiked some of the World’s most renowned hiking trails, including El Camino de Santiago, the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails. 15,000 miles have passed under his feet in the past few years.

He’s written six adventure books, of which three are Amazon Best Sellers. The Last Englishman and Balancing on Blue, about his Pacific Crest and Appalachian Trail hikes respectively, were shortlisted for Outdoor Books of the Year by The Great Outdoors Magazine.

In 2016 he was diagnosed with depression after battling emotional problems for years. This book follows that journey through mental illness, and offers advice on how to deal with it.
